1. General:
1.1. The offers are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other benefits in kind.
1.2. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or offers.
1.3. Wardrobista reserves the right to alter, extend, cut short or withdraw the campaign and these terms and conditions at any time, and without prior notice.
1.4. The decision of Wardrobista in interpreting these terms and conditions shall be final and conclusive.
2. "Refer A Friend" Program: Terms and Conditions
2.1. Program is valid until December 31, 2023, at 11:59 pm ("Promotion Period").
2.2. The Referee, upon using the referral code received from the Referrer, is entitled to a HK$50 discount on their first order. This offer applies to both rental items and Pre-loved clothing purchases.
2.3. The Referrer will receive a HK$50 Rental Credit for each successful referral. These Rental Credits can be accumulated and must be used on or before December 31, 2023.
2.4. The Referral Code can be obtained from shop staff and is the Referrer's phone number.
2.5. Each Referee can only use the Referral Code once to enjoy the discount. However, there is no limit on the number of referrals a Referrer can make.
2.6. The Referee cannot combine the HK$50 referral reward with other offers.
2.7. The Referrer will only receive the HK$50 Rental Credit when the Referee successfully places an order.
3. Offers for Insurance Industry Employees: Terms and Conditions
3.1. Promotion is valid until December 31, 2024, at 11:59 pm ("Promotion Period").
3.2. The offer is only applicable to individuals who are able to present a valid work identification card in-store as a proof of employment in the insurance industry ("Eligible Individuals").
3.3. The promotion is valid for the following benefits:
i) 10% discount will be given on the entire rental order when you rent 2 dresses or more. This offer can be shared with friends.
ii) 15% discount will be given on the entire rental order when you rent 5 dresses or above. This offer can be shared with friends.
iii) HK$50 off will be given when you purchase Pre-loved items HK$1,000 or above.
3.4. The discount is personal to the Insurance Industry Employees, in-store only, and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other benefits in kind.
4. Offers for Health Care Professionals’ sector: Terms and Conditions
4.1. Promotion is valid until December 31, 2024, at 11:59 pm ("Promotion Period").
4.2 The offer is exclusively for healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, hospital and clinic staff, and ambulance service personnel ("Eligible Healthcare Professionals").
4.3.Eligible Healthcare Professionals must present a valid work identification card in-store to qualify for the discounts.
4.4. The following benefits are available under this offer, and must be redeemed in-store:
i) A fitting fee of HKD 100 (original price HKD 150), which allows trying on up to 4 clothing items within a 45-minute session.
ii) If the decision to rent any of the items during the fitting session, the HK$100 fitting fee will be waived.
4.5 The discount is personal to the Eligible Healthcare Professional, in-store only, and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other benefits in kind.
5.Student Offer: Terms and Conditions
5.1. Promotion is valid until December 31, 2024, at 11:59 pm ("Promotion Period").
5.2. A HK$50 discount is available for full-time students on clothing rental orders upon presentation of a valid full-time student ID card at the shop.
5.3. The offer is solely for the cardholder's use on personal rental orders and is non-transferable.
5.4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or offers designated for other groups.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the territory in which Wardrobista operates. Any disputes arising out of this campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.
