1. How to rent at Wardrobista? 

    • Search:  Filter by occasion, style, colour, price or designer to find that dress you are looking for. 
    • Book Directly Online:  Choose a pick-up or delivery date directly on our website, and rent for 4 or 7 days. Longer rental periods are available upon request, refer to the Q5 below for pricing. 
    • Delivery: You can choose to pick it up at our Causeway Bay Showroom for free. Alternatively, we can deliver to any SF lockers/ stations with an additional fee. 
    • Fitting:  
      • Walk in – You can select from our pool of items available on the day in-store to try up to 4 dresses at HK$150. If you decide to rent any of the items during the fitting session, the HK$150 fitting fees will be waived. You can book your timeslot on Whatsapp (+852-53889462)/ Instagram DM/ Facebook DM. 
      • Reserve specific items – Check the availability of your fitting & desired rental dates on the product page. If your requested items are available, you can pay HK$150 fitting fee here to reserve them on your fitting date. As the availability of the rental items changes every hour, the earlier your fitting date is, the higher chance you are to secure your favourite items on your event date. 
      • Rescheduling of the paid fitting session: You can reschedule maximum 1 time, up to 12 hours before your slot. HK$150 fitting fees will be charged in case of no-show or if you are late for more than 30 mins without notice.  In case of cancellation of fitting sessions, the HK$150 fitting credits will be valid for one month. 
    • Free Return:  On your rental return date, simply drop the package back at our fitting room! If you have paid for return service - place items in the provided packaging (which includes a prepaid label), schedule a pickup with SF Express at +852-2730-0273 (Hong Kong)/ +853-2873 7373 (Macau)from your designated Hong Kong / Macau address. We will handle the dry cleaning and maintenance. 
    • Change of mind on dress choice(s)/ rental dates:  
      • 3 days written notice: If you want to make any changes on your order, notify us up to 3 days prior to your order start date in written format for arrangement. We do not accept call cancellation.  
      • Each order can be rescheduled for free ONCE.  
      • Each dress choice can be changed (without refitting) ONCE. 
      • Re-fitting: If you require to re-fit, there will be a charge of HK$100/1 dress or HK$150/4 dresses for each person for each re-fitting session. Re-fitting fees are not refundable or deductible.  
      • Refund: If you decide to cancel your order, the order amount will be refunded as rental credits valid for 6 months.
    • Unpicked up Orders: Orders that are not picked up on or before the rental completion date, without any prior notice to Wardrobista, will also be counted as a completed order. No refund will be arranged.

2. Are all the items on your website already? 

For rental items, we have new upload of products every week on our website - stay tuned on our "New In" page! Some of our new rental items are available in store sooner than on our website, so come check out the collection in-store to rent it before anyone else!

 3. I am not sure what suits me best. Can anyone help? 

Definitely!Let us knowyour sizes and the occasion you need the rentals for. Our professional team will recommend some for you. Or you can come to our showroom in person and we are happy to assist. 

4. When should I make a reservation for a dress? 

Better secure your favourite dress early - we take reservations up to 1 year in advance! 

Many of the ladies usually book a fitting session 6-8 weeks before their event to secure their #1 choice.  

Rental start date equals to the parcel receipt date/ pick-up date. We suggest your pick-up date to be 2 days prior to your event date. For example, if your event is on Saturday, we suggest your rental start date to be on Thursday to avoid any last-minute stress. 

5. Can I rent for more than 7 days? 

Yes! We do offer rentals for more than 7 days. Please contact customer service to arrange. 

Rates are as below: 
8 - 10 days: 4 days rental price x 2 
11 - 14 days: 7 days rental price + 4 days rental price 
15 - 20 days: 7 days rental price x 2 
21 - 25 days: 7 days rental price x 2 + 4 days rental price  

6. What if I accidentally stain or damage the dress? 

  • Rental Return: All rented items must be returned in the same condition as when they were rented out. 
  • Damage or Staining: If any rented item is returned in a condition that does not meet our policy, such as damaged or stained, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. In the event that the item cannot be adequately cleaned and is deemed unfit for future rental, you will be charged the full retail price of the item. 
  • Late Return: Failure to return the item(s) on or before your check-out date will result in a late penalty fee. If the item is never returned, you will be charged the full retail price.

  • Non-refundable Cleaning Fees: Please note that any additional cleaning fees incurred due to damage or staining are non-refundable. 
  • Unusable Returns: If a returned item is in such poor condition that it cannot be rented out in the future, you will be charged the full retail price. 


How to shop at Wardrobista? 
We have a collection of Pre-loved items available online and in-store. 

All pre-loved items are free fitting in-store. 

We also ship internationally. Please contact us for arrangement. 

No Exchange or Refund on all pre-loved orders. 


Delivery & Return

 1. Can you deliver to a hotel or any other addresses? 

We deliver only to SF stations/ lockers. If you require door-to-door delivery service, please arrange your own 3rd-party logistic partner (e.g. Gogovan/ Lalamove) to collect from our showroom during opening hours. 

2. How much does shipping cost? 

Hong Kong: If you choose to pick up & return at our showroom, it is free of charge! Alternatively, postage & return to a SF Express stations/ lockers is HK$100 for the 1st rental item, additional HK$60 for the 2nd item. One-way delivery charge is HK$60. 

Macau: Postage & return to a Macau address is HK$120, additional HK$70 for the 2nd item.  

3. How do I pick up from the fitting room? 

Please show the confirmation email with order# (either on print-out or on your mobile phone) and name to staff for pick-up. 

4. Do you ship internationally? 

We plan to expand to other markets in the near future. But currently we only provide rental services to our Hong Kong & Macau customers. For pre-loved items, we ship internationally, and buyer will bear the international shipping charges - please contact us to arrange. 

5. How do I return by post? 

There will be a pre-paid return slip included in your package. On the return date, simply call SF express at +852-2730-0273 (Hong Kong)/ +853-2873 7373 (Macau)  to schedule a pick-up time that suits you best. 



Bad Weather Arrangement

1. In the event that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted during the operating hours, the pick-up or return date for the dress will be postponed by one day without additional charge.

2. If Red Rainstorm Warning Signal, Yellow Rainstorm Warning Signal, or Typhoon Signal No. 3 is hoisted, the pick-up and return date for the dress will remain unchanged. Any late return will result in late penalty.
