Fitting Agreement

  1. Walk in: You can select from our pool of items available on the day in-store to try up to 4 dresses at HK$150. If you decide to rent any of the items during the fitting session, the HK$150 fitting fees will be waived. You can book your timeslot on Whatsapp (+852-53889462)/ Instagram DM/ Facebook DM. 

  2. Reserve specific items: Check the availability of your fitting & desired rental dates on the product page. If your requested items are available, you can pay HK$150 fitting fee here to reserve them on your fitting date. As the availability of the rental items changes every hour, the earlier your fitting date is, the higher chance you are to secure your favourite items on your event date. 

  3. Rescheduling of the paid fitting session: You can reschedule maximum 1 time, up to 12 hours before your slot. HK$150 fitting fees will be charged in case of no-show or if you are late for more than 30 mins without notice.  In case of cancellation of fitting sessions, the HK$150 fitting credits will be valid for one month.

Dress Rental Agreement

  1. Payment: The rental fee for the dress must be paid in full at the time of booking. A security deposit may also be required.
  2. Care: The renter is responsible for the care and safekeeping of the dress during the rental period. Any damage or loss to the dress will be the responsibility of the renter and may result in additional charges.
  3. Alterations: The renter must not alter the dress in any way without the prior written consent of the rental company. Any alterations made to the dress without permission will result in additional charges.
  4. Pick-up arrangement:  If you want to make any changes to your order pick-up date, notify us up to 3 days prior to your order start date in written format for arrangement. We do not accept call cancellations. The return date for the dress will remain unchanged if the dress was picked up late. Any late return will result in late penalty. Unpicked up Orders: Orders that are not picked up on or before the rental completion date, without any prior notice to Wardrobista, will also be counted as a completed order. No refund will be arranged.
  5. Delivery: You can choose to pick it up at our Causeway Bay Showroom for free. Alternatively, we can deliver to any SF lockers/ stations with an additional fee. Please note that all postage will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  6. Return: The renter must return the dress to us in the same condition as it was rented, on the agreed-upon return date, during our operation hours. Late returns may result in additional charges. Renters are responsible to check our latest opening hours on our social media. If the item is never returned, you will also be charged the full retail price.
  7. Change of mind on dress choice(s)/ rental dates:  
  • 3 days written notice: If you want to make any changes on your order, notify us up to 3 days prior to your order start date in written format for arrangement. We do not accept call cancellation.
  • Each order can be rescheduled for free ONCE. 
  • Each dress choice can be changed (without refitting) ONCE.
  • Re-fitting: If you require to re-fit, there will be a charge of HK$100/1 dress or HK$150/4 dresses for each person for each re-fitting session. Re-fitting fees are not refundable or deductible.
8. Refund: If you decide to cancel your order, the order amount will be refunded as rental credits valid for 6 months.

9. Stains/ Damages to the rental items: The items are expected to be returned in the same condition as it was when rented out. If the returned item does not meet our policy (e.g. damaged or stained), full retail price will be charged. If the item is never returned, you will also be charged the full retail price. 

10. Bad Weather Arrangement:
  • In the event that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted during the operating hours, the pick-up or return date for the dress will be postponed by one day without additional charge.
  • If Red Rainstorm Warning Signal, Yellow Rainstorm Warning Signal, or Typhoon Signal No. 3 is hoisted, the pick-up and return date for the dress will remain unchanged. Any late return will result in late penalty.
