2. This offer is available to first-time customers who are guests of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong Hotel, for use at Wardrobista's showroom or online store.
3. To enjoy this offer, customers must enter the promotional code “RITZ10” at checkout. Note that each customer can use this promotion code only once.
4. The promotion code for this offer will be void upon expiry.
5. This offer is non-redeemable for cash, credits, or other benefits. Rentals made using this offer are final, with no exchanges, refunds, or returns permitted.
6. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers.
7. A 10% discount on rentals applies solely to direct 4 or 7-days rental orders. All pre-loved orders are excluded in this promotion.
8. We strongly suggest customers to book our fitting service in advance to avoid any disappointment.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of Wardrobista shall be final.
10. Customers can pick up their rental orders from the shop free of charge. Alternatively, they may choose a delivery service, but additional shipping costs will apply for this service and these are not eligible for discounts.
11. Wardrobista reserves the right to modify, add, amend, cancel, or otherwise change this Offer at any time without prior notice.
